Nah, I didn't climb... I decided to be good to my knee. Stayed home whole day yesterday... but my heart was at Damai wall.
Some interesting incident happen at Damai, and from what I heard from David, I guess things happen for a reason, and in this case... I would categorized it as MIRACLE.
Eric cousin or nephew.. can't remember came to know the Lord few days ago, and he joined them for climbing on the first day of Hari Raya, and he fell, the harness 'broke' (and he was wearing my harness) it broke because he tied wrongly, yupe safety first... always double check. In climbing we need to check on our partner. Okay back to the main point He fell about 1meter, to cut the whole story short, he was send to the hospital for check up, but the report shows that he was alright.... no sign of fractured. By right falling off, and with that impact our bones will at lest cracked, but I believe God showed 1st miracle in his life. He only suffered from minor injury. My last accident in Damai wall left me "crippled" for a month.
I should have gone... not to climb, but just be there. Then I can use my first aid skill. Ever since I graduate from high school, I only use my first aid skill on myself. Sigh.... just kidding. I really thank God for his protection, and I thank God that another soul was added in his kingdom. Perhaps someday climbing LG can be form hahaha
Once my knee recover, I will visit camp5 again.
