Visited a friend's dad in Hospital. Reminds so much of my grandmother.
It really hurts to see someone in pain, yet you can't do anything. Feel so helpless. All you can do is just be there... try to take care of them. At times you really do not know what's your feeling. Feel extremely numb and lost.
Facing with those that are there, we do not have words to say to them. All we can do is just be there.
Since the day my grandma passed away, I realized that I need to live a larger life. Life that's not solely focus on i, me and myself...
Life is too short to just live for ourselves
Life is too short for us to chase after wealth
Life is too short to just think of what makes us feel good
Life is better live with others in mind.

25
I am thankful to God, for the great 25 years that He has given to me.
I do not come from a very well off family. My dad passed away when I was still in my mother's womb. Yes, every year during this time I miss my daddy badly. Alright, that's not the point.
The point is.... I want to thank God for all the challenges in my life. Those challenges have caused me to grow and made me stronger.
Thank God for mom. She is my hero. Small in size but has a courage of a mountain. She's an overcomer! Overcome the sorrows... and challenges. She raise up above all difficulties, to raised my siblings and I.
Thank God for my aunt and uncle, for letting me stay with them.
Thank God for GREAT Leaders and people around me. Love me enough to correct me and tells me the truth, even though it hurts sometimes.
Thank God for LiAnn, my first friend in KL. Still remember those days where we were like chicken and duck. It's amazing how children communicate. We have come a long way.
Thank God for Fun. She's there with me since the day i stepped into High School. She took the initiative to be-friend me.
Thank God for Aunty KimKee for bringing me to church.
Thank God for Ally and Ian. Encouraging and giving me the strength to pull through during my depressed season.
Thank God for KaChe, for not giving up on me and still choose to love eventhough I rebelled and hurt her many times.
Thank God for PsTim and Steven, for the grace and the fatherly love.
Thank God for PC, for her thoughtfulness and being an example in my life. The women that I look up to and admire.
Thank God for Sharon's Discipleship group for teaching me how to love. These girls are amazing!
Thank God for 1a.m. Dance (includes Ina, Vitz, Doris, Pri, Jay, Trish...etc) We may not be the best dancers in town, but we are UNITED
Thank God for Creative Life, for dreaming together. Creative Life... the awesome-mest!
Greatful that He put me in a community, teaching me serve and to love.
You... Yes.... all of you that I know adds colors in my life. Life will never be the same without you. You have made my life meaningful... I thank God for all of you =)

Jesus vs Santa
Santa lives at the North Pole.
JESUS is everywhere.
Santa rides in a sleigh
JESUS rides on the wind and walks on the water.
Santa comes but once a year
JESUS is an ever present help.
Santa fills your stockings with goodies
JESUS supplies all your needs.
Santa comes down your chimney uninvited
JESUS stands at your door and knocks.. and then enters your heart.
You have to stand in line to see Santa
JESUS is as close as the mention of His name.
Santa lets you sit on his lap
JESUS lets you rest in His arms.
Santa doesn't know your name, all he can say is "Hi little boy or girl, What's your name?"
JESUS knew our name before we did. Not only does He know our name, He knows our address too. He knows our history and future and He even knows how many hairs are on our heads.
Santa has a belly like a bowl full of jelly
JESUS has a heart full of love.
All Santa can offer is HO HO HO
JESUS offers health, help and hope.
Santa says "You better not cry"
JESUS says "Cast all your cares on me for I care for you.
Santa's little helpers make toys
JESUS makes new life, mends wounded hearts, repairs broken homes and builds mansions.
Santa may make you chuckle but
JESUS gives you joy that is your strength.
While Santa puts gifts under your tree
JESUS became our gift and died on the tree.
It's obvious there is really no comparison.
We need to remember WHO Christmas is all about.
We need to put Christ back in Christmas.
Jesus is still the reason for the season.

Child sponsorship
I am really glad that I took up child sponsorship during the last ONE LIFE exhibition. It brings such joy whenever I received card or letter from my girl. She is such a blessing to me.
She is doing well in her studies. And I thank God that she is a healthy girl. She turns 12 this year... Hopefully able to meet her one day.

Thank YOU Tham a.k.a THUMB
Saw Tham drawing this on his new drawing tablet.
Those who are weary, cast your weariness upon Jesus.
Matthew11
28"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
